Board Change
The Board is pleased to announce that Cheryl Jones will move from her role as a Non-executive Director to that of Non-executive Chairman of Impellam with immediate effect.
Cheryl Jones served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OneSource Holdings Inc. from 2003 to 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer of OneSource Services Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Prior to her appointment as Chairman and CEO in 2003, she was Executive Vice-President for the company which she joined in 2001. She has also been a Director of BB Holdings Limited since 2003.
The Board wishes to place on record their appreciation to Kevin for his services to Impellam as Non-executive Chairman and welcome him to his new role.
