Kingfisher PLC27 January 2005 For immediate release Thursday 27 January 2005 Kingfisher plc Director Retires Following the announcement in November 2003 that Bill Whiting intended to stepdown from the Board in early 2005, Kingfisher today confirms that he hastendered his resignation as a director of Kingfisher plc and will leave theBoard on 28 January 2005. He will continue to work as a part-time executive with the company until hisretirement at the end of March.
