Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper", or "the "Company"), a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions and e-fulfilment to the retail sector, announces that Senior Independent non-Executive Director Paul Hampden Smith, is to step down from the Board effectively immediately, to pursue other business interests.

The Company is pleased to announce that Ron Series, a non-Executive Director of the Company since its initial public offering in 2014, will move up to Senior Independent Director.

Following the changes the Board remains balanced between Executive and non-Executive Directors, after the retirement of Sean Fahey in March 2017.

Steve Parkin, Executive Chairman of Clipper, said:
