1 August 2013 Intu Properties plc ("Intu") Board changes In accordance with LR9.6.11R, Intu announces changes to Board and Committeeappointments as follows: Adele Anderson has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee witheffect from 1 August 2013, replacing Rob Rowley who stepped down from that poston 31 July 2013. Andrew Huntley has been appointed as Senior Independent Director, with effectfrom 1 August 2013, replacing Rob Rowley who stepped down from that post on 31July 2013. Rob Rowley will continue as a non-executive director, a member of theRemuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination & Review Committee untilhe steps down from the Board on 18 October 2013. The Board of Intu would like to express its sincere appreciation to Rob who hasmade a significant contribution to the Board over the tenure of hisappointment.
