Flybe Group plc (LSE: FLYB), Europe's largest regional airline, announces that one of its independent non-executive directors, Digby, Lord Jones of Birmingham Kt. has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect to concentrate on his other business interests.

Jim French CBE, Flybe's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented:
