Penna Consulting plc, the international human resources consulting group, announces that at its annual general meeting, held earlier today, David Banks did not stand for re-election and consequently he ceases to be a Non-Executive Director of Penna, with effect from today. Stephen Rowlinson, Chairman said today; "On behalf of the Company I would like to thank David for his contribution over the past 14 years and we wish him well in his future activities." |
