Datacash Group PLC22 December 2006 DataCash Group plc Change of Director The Board of DataCash Group plc announces today that further to the Boardre-organisation at the time of the interim results, which saw Paul Burtonappointed as Chief Financial Officer and Andrew Dark as Chief Operating Officer,and in recognition of corporate governance guidelines, Keith Butcher, theCommercial Director, will step down from the Group Board with effect from 31December 2006. He will remain with the Group, continuing in his capacity asCommercial Director and Company Secretary. The Board also announces that Ashley Head, currently Non-Executive Chairman willbecome Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2007. Further Boardnon-executive appointments will be announced in due course.
