Beazley Group PLC18 April 2006 Dan Jones joins Beazley Board London, UK, April 18, 2006 - Beazley Group plc (BEZ.L) is pleased to announcethe appointment of Dan Jones as an independent non-executive Director to theBeazley Group Board, with effect from 1 July 2006. Dan has more than 20 years experience in insurance broking, previously withJohnson & Higgins and Marsh as Chairman and Chief Executive of Europe/MiddleEast, and more recently as Vice Chairman of Marsh, Inc. with responsibilitiesthat included all non-North American Operations. Dan will be retiring from Marshin June.
