GALLIFORD TRY ANNOUNCES NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES
Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Rogers as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2008. Peter is currently Chief Executive of Babcock International Group Plc. Prior to joining Babcock in 2002, Peter was Deputy CEO of Acordis Plc, having earlier held senior executive positions in Courtaulds and the Ford Motor Company
Chris Bucknall, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2000, will retire from the Board at the company's Annual General Meeting to be held in November 2008.
There is no further information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Peter Rogers.
