McCarthy & Stone plc (the 'Company'), the UK's leading developer and manager of retirement communities, today announces that Patrick Hole left the Company with effect from 6 December 2019. Rowan Baker, in addition to her existing responsibilities, has assumed the role of interim Company Secretary with effect from 6 December 2019. We expect a permanent General Counsel and Company Secretary to be appointed shortly in the new year.
