Medical Solutions PLC31 August 2006 Medical Solutions plc Board of Director changes Medical Solutions plc announces the following changes have been made to theBoard of Directors with immediate effect: Mr Charles Green has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and resigned fromthe Board. Mr Green will remain with the Company's Dubai business on aconsultancy basis for an interim period. As part of the planned succession, Dr Neil Johnston has been appointed as ChiefExecutive Officer from his previous position of Chief Financial Officer andCompany Secretary. Dr Nick Ash, who joined the group during 2005 as Group Financial Controller, hasbeen appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Noinformation is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of theListing Rules in respect of the appointment of Dr Ash to the Board of Directors.
