21 November 2013 Directorate Change Daily Mail and General Trust plc Daily Mail and General Trust plc (DMGT), with effect from its AGM to be held on5 February 2014, announces that David Verey will retire from the Board andconsequently will not seek re-election at the AGM. David Verey has served onthe Board since 2004 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member ofthe Risk Committee. David Nelson, currently a Non-Executive Director of DMGT and the Senior Partnerof Dixon Wilson, will act as the Chairman of the Audit Committee on an interimbasis from 5 February 2014.
