The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Charles Woodworth, aged 63, has been appointed as Director of Insetco PLC, with immediate effect.

The National Association of Securities Dealers suspended Mr Woodworth's licence in 2002 following an arbitration claim with a previous employer. The licence will be reinstated once the dispute is settled.
