GAME Digital plc (the "Company" or "GAME Digital") today announces that Lesley Watkins has informed the board of her intention to resign as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 19 June 2018 in order to pursue other opportunities.

Lesley has been a member of the GAME Digital board since May 2014.

The GAME Digital board has initiated a process to recruit a successor.

John Jackson, GAME Digital's Chairman, said: "Lesley has made a vital contribution to the GAME Digital board and I would like to thank her for her diligent service and support over the past four years. The board and I wish her every success for the future."
