Directorate Changes

Mentum (AIM:MEN), the AIM listed investing company, announces the appointment of Peter Moss and Charles Goodfellow to the Board of the Company, with effect from 18 July 2013. Mr Goodfellow will join the Board as Non-Executive Director and Mr Moss will replace Graham Porter as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Graham Porter will be stepping down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. The Company would like to thank Graham for his contributions to the Company and would like to wish him success with his future endeavours.

Peter Moss has over 30 years of experience in the financial markets, the majority of which have been in London. Mr. Moss is currently an independent director of Revelation Capital Management Ltd., a Bermuda-based investment management company. He also is a member of the Advisory Committee of Max Petroleum PLC, London AIM-listed oil & gas exploration and production firm with interests in Kazakhstan. Mr. Moss has held senior positions with firms including Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette and Commerzbank with particular emphasis on product sales to hedge funds involved in risk and capital structure arbitrage. Mr. Moss studied Geology and Economics at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a graduate of Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts.

Peter was an Independent Director of Evergreen Energy Inc. from March 2011 to November 2011. The Company was declared bankrupt in March 2012 and was subsequently wound up.

Charles Goodfellow is corporate broker with over 25 years' experience of fund raising for small and mid-caps and private companies across a range of sectors and jurisdictions. He is a director of a London Stock Exchange standard listed company, Acorn Minerals.
