Having served as a non-executive director since June 2001, Andrew Given, Senior Independent Director, will retire from the Board at the May 2007 AGM; ii. Tony Reading will assume the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from the May 2007 AGM; and iii. John Warren will assume the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee with effect from 1st January 2007.
