APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Havelock Europa PLC, the AIM quoted retail and educational interiors and point of sale printing group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Sweetman as a Non Executive Director with effect from 30 September 2010. Shonaid Jemmett-Page resigns as a Non Executive Director on the same date.
Mr Sweetman was previously a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP and its predecessor firms, having begun his career there in 1969.
Malcolm Gourlay, Chairman, said: "Richard brings with him a wealth of experience and we are delighted to welcome him as a Director. His strong financial background will add great value to the Board. I would also like to thank Shonaid for her significant contribution during her time on the Board."
