DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that Charmaine Carmichael has decided to step down from her role as Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 September 2020. Charmaine has served as a Non-Executive Director since the Group's IPO in 2016 and has also chaired the Group's Remuneration Committee. Charmaine's decision comes as a result of her taking up a new full-time executive role, which requires her to step down from her external non-executive board commitments.

Dr. Jason Kingdon, Blue Prism Chairman and CEO, said:

Charmaine's valuable insights, guidance and stewardship have been crucial in supporting the growth journey of the Group during that time."

The Board has commenced a search for an additional Non-Executive Director, which is well underway, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
