Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc
The Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc (the "Company") announces that Mr Marc Bolland has ceased to be a director of the Company with immediate effect, consistent with its announcement of 18 November 2009.
The Board would like to thank Marc for his contribution to the development of the Company.
Marc will be free to take up his new role with effect from 30 April 2010.
