DIRECTORATE CHANGE

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC (the "Company") announces that Paula Vennells has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Paula Vennells has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since January 2016.

Andrew Higginson, Morrisons Chairman, said: "Paula has been an insightful, effective and hardworking Non-Executive Director, and, on behalf of the Board, I want to thank her for her significant contribution over the last five years."
