Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Stagecoach Group plc (the "Company") today announces that Julie Southern, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that she intends to resign from the Board with effect from the end of the Company’s 2018 Annual General Meeting, expected to take place on 31 August 2018. Julie has informed the Company that she is resigning in order take up an appointment as a non-executive director of easyJet plc with effect from 1 August 2018.

Sir Brian Souter, Chairman, said:

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Julie Southern will receive her fee as a non-executive director of the Company up to the date of ceasing to be a director.
