EMBARGOED FOR RELEASE 27 February 2015 RIGHTMOVE PLC ("the Company") Director Changes Rightmove plc, the UK's largest property portal, announces that Jonathan Agnewand Judy Vezmar have given notice that, having completed three terms of threeyears as non-executive directors of the Company, they will not stand forre-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2015 and willtherefore leave the Board after this Annual General Meeting. Jonathan Agnew also steps down as Senior Independent Director with effect from7 May 2015 and Peter Williams will succeed Jonathan Agnew as Senior IndependentDirector and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from that date. Rightmove Chairman Scott Forbes said, "The Board is grateful for thesignificant contributions made by both Jonathan and Judy, beginning with ourinitial public offering of shares in March 2006 and during the continuedmigration from print to online advertising in the years thereafter. We alsoappreciate their guidance and support to our Board and to our most recentlyappointed non-executive directors, Peter Williams and Rakhi Parekh, during anoverlapping transition period in 2014. We believe the Board is well positionedover the coming years to support Rightmove as it continues to enhance itsdigital, mobile and consumer propositions."
