Findel PLC11 May 2006 11th May 2006 Findel plc ("Findel" or "the Company") Board Changes Findel plc, the Yorkshire based Home Shopping and Educational Supplies business,is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Jolly as Chief Executive ofthe Company with immediate effect. Patrick has been a Non Executive director of the Company for the last 5 yearsand until recently was President, International Operations and Executive VicePresident, Corporate Development of SurfControl plc. Patrick is also anexperienced corporate finance lawyer. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Maudsley asChief Operating Officer with immediate effect. Philip joined the Group in 1987 and has been an Executive Director of theCompany since April 2004, having been Managing Director of the Home Shoppingdivision for the previous ten years. In addition, the Company announces that Tony Johnson, Deputy Chairman willretire from the Executive Board at the Annual General Meeting. The Board is actively seeking to appoint an additional independent Non-ExecutiveDirector. Keith Chapman, Chairman of Findel, commented: "I am delighted to announce these two appointments.
