On January9, 2013the Supervisory Board of the Company accepted the resignation of Teimuraz Bulia, the Director of the Company's Passenger Strategic Business Unit. On January 11,2013 JSC Partnership Fund, as sole shareholder of the Company, consented to such resignation.
On the same date by respective decision of the Supervisory Board and the subsequent consent of JSC Partnership Fund David Gelashvili was appointed as the Director of Passenger Strategic Business Unit.
