Board Appointment
Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of conventional, organic and ethically-traded ingredients for the flavour, fragrance and cosmetic industries announces that it has appointed James Grace as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2008.
Commenting on Mr. Grace's appointment Edward Dawnay, Chairman of Treatt, said "I would like to welcome James. He has considerable experience which will be a great benefit to Treatt".
Mr. Grace is also a Non-Executive Director of Novera Energy plc
Treatt confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to this appointment.
