Mi-Pay Group plc (AIM: MPAY), the leading provider of mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, announces that Gavin Breeze, a Non-Executive Director of the Company is leaving the board on the 30 June 2016 to pursue other interests.
