Joules, the British premium lifestyle brand, announces that Neil McCausland has notified the Board of his intention to step down as Non-Executive Chairman of Joules on 31 July 2018 having completed more than five years of service on the Board. Neil has overseen a period of significant growth and development at Joules since joining the business in 2013. This has included the brand's expansion across channels and into new international markets as well as the Group's successful IPO in 2016.
At the same time, the Group is pleased to announce that Ian Filby, aged 59, will join the Board as Non-Executive Chairman on 1 August 2018. Ian has extensive retail and public company experience and is currently Chief Executive Officer of DFS Furniture Plc.
Colin Porter, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Neil has made a fantastic contribution to Joules' development. He leaves the business in great health and with multiple growth opportunities ahead. On behalf of everyone at Joules, we wish Neil the best for the future.

Save as disclosed at the end of this announcement there are no other details regarding Ian Filby that are required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
