DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Stellar, the AIM-quoted diamond mining and exploration company focused on West Africa, announces that Angus Ogilvie, the Company's Finance Director, has given notice of his resignation which will be effective from 30 April 2011.

Karl Smithson, Chief Executive, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Angus for his contribution to the development of the Company and fully respects his desire to relocate back to southern Africa.
