Change to Board of DirectorsNigel Leavy resigns as a Non-Executive Director

Avia (AIM: AVIA), the developer and provider of clinical decision support systems worldwide, is reorganising its Board of Directors. Nigel Leavy, FCA, is standing down as a non-executive director with effect from the 31st January 2012, due to health reasons. The board is seeking to appoint a non-executive with financial experience in the New Year.

Barry Giddings, Executive Chairman of Avia, commented:
