The Board of Directors of Electrica SA acknowledged, in its meeting held on 10th of February 2016, that Mr. Michael Adriaan Maria Boersma has decided to renounce, starting with 1st of May 2016, to his position of member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Boersma will continue to perform his responsibilities as member of the Board of Directors of Electrica SA until 1st of May 2016.
