Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the independent digital media & social video broadcaster, announces that Ashley MacKenzie has resigned from the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Company also announces that trading for the full-year financial period ending 31 December 2016 was in-line with management and market expectations.

This announcement contains inside information as defined in EU Regulation No. 596/2014 and is in accordance with the Brave Bison obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
