Highams Systems Services Group PLC26 January 2005 26 January 2005 Highams Systems Services Group plc ("Highams" or "the Company") Following the successful integration of RWP Recruitment Services Limited,acquired in August last year, and a review by the Company's Board ("the Board")and management team, the Board announces that Clive Williams will be resigningfrom the position of Executive Director with effect from 31 March 2005. Clive,who has been at Highams for nine years, will remain with the Company until thattime to effect a smooth transition before leaving to pursue other opportunities.His responsibilities are being assumed by the executive management team of TedAndrews and Glen Burbidge. At the same time, one senior management resource from the corporate back officewill be leaving the Group as a result of the review. Further sales staff are being recruited due to the very high level of clientdemand experienced since early December. The Board anticipates that the effectof these Board and management changes will result in material net cost savingsto the Group in the next financial year.
