The Board of French Connection Group PLC ("French Connection" or "the Company") announces that Mr Roy Naismith has decided to step down from the Board of French Connection and will cease to serve as Group Finance Director with effect from today. A search for his replacement is underway, and the Company expects to make an announcement on this in the near future. 

French Connection would like to thank Roy for his significant contribution to the management of the Group, his hard work and his loyalty during the twelve years in which he performed his role.

Commenting on this announcement, Stephen Marks said:

"Roy has been a key member of the French Connection team for a considerable period of time. He has also been instrumental in providing strategic insight on the implementation of our recent initiatives, which are beginning to show progress. With these measures now in place, Roy has decided that now is the right time for him to step down. French Connection is extremely grateful for Roy's dedication and hard work and wishes him well in his future."
