Neil Morris Appointed Chief Financial Officer

Air Partner has appointed Neil Morris as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Neil is currently Air Partner's interim Group Financial Controller, a position he has held since March 2014.

Prior to joining Air Partner, Neil was Group Finance Director of All Leisure Group PLC, the niche cruise and tour operator listed on AIM. Before joining All Leisure, he spent 11 years at Deloitte LLP, primarily working in the aviation and travel sector.

Air Partner worked with Odgers Berndtson, one of the UK's pre-eminent executive search firms, to assist in the search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

There is no further information required for disclosure pursuant to paragraph LR.9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
