Conviviality plc, an AIM listed company, has today announced that it has appointed

Matthew Callaghan, Ian Green and David Baxendale of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to act as its joint administrators.

David Adams, an independent non-executive director of Debenhams plc, is executive chairman of Conviviality plc (having been appointed to that role on 19 March 2018) and this announcement is being made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R (1) for information purposes only.
