("Acta" or the "Company") Directorate Change The Board of Acta is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Fabio Mastrangelo(age 45) as Non Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the AuditCommittee. Dr Mastrangelo replaces Professor Alberto Nobolo, previously NonExecutive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, who has resigned due toan increase in his University commitments. Although Fabio Mastrangelo willfulfil the above roles from today, under Italian Company Law his appointment asNon Executive Director requires ratification at the Company's next AGM. FabioMastrangelo holds no beneficial interest in the Company's shares.
