The People's Operator plc (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that James Rosenfeld, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from his position with immediate effect.

It is the intention of the Board to appoint Mrs Juliet Rosenfeld as a Non-Executive Director on completion of the necessary regulatory requirements.
