Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Northwest Investment Group Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Ka Ming Wong has resigned from his role as Non-Executive Director. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Ka Ming Wong sincerely for his valuable contribution to the Company over the last few years and wish him every success for the future.
The Board has various candidates under consideration, and expects a nomination to be made upon completion of the standard due diligence exercise.
