CHANGES IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS - AXIS BANK
We refer to our letter dated 15th July, 2010, informing about the Board's decision to elevate Shri S. K. Chakrabarti, Executive Director of the Bank as Deputy Managing Director with effect from 1st September, 2010 or from a date as may be approved by RBI. We are pleased to inform that RBI has now approved the appointment of Shri S. K. Chakrabarti, as Deputy Managing Director of the Bank with effect from 27th September, 2010. Shri Chakrabarti has accordingly taken over as the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank with effect from 27th September, 2010.
