Directorate Change: Non-Executive Director

Fidessa group plc (the "Company") Resignation of Non-executive Director 18th June 2014 Fidessa group plc announces that Mark Foster, a non-executive director, hasresigned from the Company and will leave the Board with immediate effect, inorder to concentrate on other activities. The Company will be recruiting afurther non-executive director to strengthen the Board and will update themarket in due course.
