ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX, OTC: STKR), a leading technology designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules, announces that Tim Steel and Mark Weidman, both non-executive directors, chose not to stand for re-election at ProPhotonix' AGM held on May 16, 2019.

This information had been communicated in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2018, as posted to shareholders on April 9, 2019, but had in error been omitted from the Company's preliminary results announcement as announced on April 5, 2019.
