Huntsworth PLC02 March 2006 2 March 2006 Huntsworth PLC Board change Huntsworth, the international public relations group, announces that The Rt.Hon.Francis Maude M.P., who was due to retire as non-executive Deputy Chairman atthis year's Annual General Meeting, has been appointed non-executive Chairman ofThe Mission Marketing Group Limited and has therefore left the Huntsworth Boardwith effect from 1 March 2006. Robert Alcock, who joined the Incepta Board in April 2001 and subsequently theHuntsworth Board in May 2005 following the merger of the two companies, hasagreed to become the Senior Independent Director. He will also replace FrancisMaude as the Chairman of the Nominations Committee, which is currently in theprocess of finding a replacement Chairman for the group as announced on 26September 2005.
