9 October 2013 John Wood Group PLC ('Wood Group', the 'Company') - Board change (LR 9.6.11) In connection with the announcement today of the proposed formation of a jointventure with Siemens for rotating equipment services, Wood Group confirms thatMark Dobler will step down as a director of the Company with immediate effect.Mark will transfer to the new joint venture on its formation, becoming its CEOand, in the interim, will continue as CEO of Wood Group GTS. Allister Langlands, Chairman, said: "Mark has made a very significantcontribution to the development of our GTS business as a member of the seniormanagement team over many years and as CEO of Wood Group GTS since July 2012.He has also made a valuable contribution to the Wood Group Board since joiningat the beginning of this year.
