Directorate Change

HomeServe plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Bower as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. He will join the HomeServe plc Board and the HomeServe plc Executive Committee from today.

David joined HomeServe in 2005 and has undertaken a number of senior divisional and group finance roles including spending six years as Group Finance Director. He has been Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2016. Prior to joining HomeServe, he spent 12 years at Arthur Andersen, later Deloitte LLP, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Richard Harpin, Chief Executive, said: "Following a thorough internal and external process, we are delighted to announce David's appointment. He has already proven his capabilities as CFO, is a tremendous asset to HomeServe and will be a strong addition to the Board."

There are no disclosures to be made under rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
