Helphire Group PLC25 March 2008 For release at 07.00 Tuesday March 25 2008 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC ("Helphire" or the "Company") Appointment of new Group Finance Director Helphire Group (HHR) is pleased to announce the following management changes.After a lengthy search process which commenced in November 2007 the Company isdelighted to announce the appointment, with effect from 1 April 2008, of MarkAdams as the new Group Finance Director. Mark, aged 43, qualified as a CharteredAccountant with Spicer and Oppenheimer. He has held a number of finance appointments, most recently as Group FinanceDirector of Alpha Airports Group plc, one of the world's leading aviationsupport companies which provides retail and catering services to airports andairlines operating through subsidiaries, joint ventures and associate companiesacross Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. He has previously served as Finance Director at three public companies(Burnfield plc, Field Group plc and Prism Rail plc) and immediately prior tojoining Alpha Airports spent over five years as CFO at another internationalbusiness, STA Travel Group. His background will be invaluable as the Company explores expansionopportunities in both the UK and Europe. There are no other matters required to be reported pursuant to LR9.6.3 (2) to(6) inclusive. At the same time the current Finance Director, David Lindsay, who has been amember of the management team since 1996, will assume the responsibilities ofGroup Operations Director. David Robertson will continue with his currentresponsibilities for Sales and Marketing and he will now be able to focusincreasingly on foreign expansion.
