1st May 2014 AGA Rangemaster Group plc Directorate Change AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company"), confirms in accordance with ListingRule 9.6.11 that Paul Dermody has retired from the Board following theconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Paul served as a non-executive director of the Company for ten years andchaired the Audit and Risk Committee from 2005 to 2013 and was SeniorIndependent Director from October 2010.
