Flying Brands Limited24 March 2005 24 March 2005 FLYING BRANDS LIMITED BOARD CHANGE Flying Brands, the home shopping company, announced today that David Harbord,after six years with the Group, has resigned as Group Finance Director and willbe leaving on 31st March 2005. Mark Dugdale, Chief Executive, said "David has worked very hard in helpingdevelop this business, but feels that the time is right for him to explore otheropportunities. We are, however, delighted that he will continue his associationwith Flying Brands in undertaking to deliver some important projects for us on aconsultancy basis. I would like to record my gratitude to David both for thevital role he has played in driving Flying Brands forward and in the support hehas given to me personally."
