Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) announces that Non-Executive Directors Colin Tucker and Paulette Garafalo will step down from the Board of Directors, with effect from 23 October 2015.

Reflecting Monitise's focus on priority markets and business opportunities as well as the continued streamlining of the business, the Board of Directors has agreed that a smaller Board is more appropriate for this stage of Monitise's development.

Commenting on today's announcement, Peter Ayliffe, Chairman of Monitise said:
