Directorate change

Notification is made by Rathbone Brothers Plc ("the Company") as required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 that Kathryn Matthews, a non-executive director of the Company, has joined the board of APERAM, a Luxembourg public limited company (société anonyme) as an independent director.

Application is being made to the relevant authorities for the admission of the shares of APERAM to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's regulated market and for the listing of these shares on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris.
