Chris, aged 50, is an experienced businessman who, after studying NaturalSciences at Cambridge University, qualified as an ACA with Arthur Andersen.After six years with BICC, including BICC Data Networks Ltd, where he wasfinance director, Chris moved into the software and telecoms sector. He was a leading light in such companies as Softbridge Ltd., UUNet (formerlyUnipalm Group plc the first internet company to achieve an IPO and where Chrisplayed a key role in the development of Pipex) and Searchspace Ltd where he hasmade significant contributions. Chris is currently a director of SDL plc, The Sporting Exchange Ltd (Betfair),DRS Data & Research Services plc, Searchspace Ltd and Searchspace Group Ltd andthe Risk Advisory Group. In the five preceding years, he has also been a director of Manchester RacingLtd, The Mediawave Group Ltd, Assureweb Ltd, Conclusive Logic Ltd, StrathdonInvestments plc, Tibco BPM, Castor Finance Ltd, and Leda Management Ltd. As at the date of this announcement, Chris has no interest in the capital of theCompany. There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required underparagraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
